The peculiar choice of language means is primarily dependent on the aim of the communication, on the function the style performs.As a matter of fact there exist a number of classifications of functional styles, but the most common one was introduced by I. R. Galperin. It includes the belles-lettres style, the publicistic style, the newspaper style, the scientific style, and the style of official documents.

The influence of his style is great all over the world.There is a deviation within Hemingway’s own style of writing – an internal deviation. On the dimensions of describing scenery, portraying figures and describing psychology, Hemingway’s style is seemingly rather simple and direct.
2) To outline style shaping properties of popular scientific prose
The scientific style is widely spread in academic articles, manuals, popular science books and other scientific and academic publications. Moreover, the need for communication in the field of science and technology has led to the development of a separate functional style – the scientific style, which is characterized by a number of features. The language of scientific style tends to be objective, precise and emotionless.
It is the top priority of this research to analyse the business letter as a linguistic phenomenon. As a result, to attain the target, we have studied a row of the available sources concerning the theoretical aspects of this question. All the examples in the practical part of the term paper were taken from the textbook “Деловая переписка на английском” translated by N.A. Ganina. The references of the visual materials used in Appendices I and II can be found under the pictures.

There are also different scientific articles written by economists, because economists are used to deal with economic texts in origin and in translation. Economic texts also can be different: there are financial texts, marketing texts, banking texts, business texts and other texts describing special area, field of economics. These texts also can be scientific or popular.
