Objctivity in reporting ( на материалах иностранной прессы о России)
На материалах англоязычной прессы, освещающих события второй военной кампании США в Ираке.
Сленг в текстах экономической и политической направленности (на материалах СМИ США и России)
Структура. Работа состоит из двух глав, введения, заключения и списка использованной литературы. Первая глава работы посвящена особенностям концептуальной картины мира, представленной в современных текстах СМИ, их лингвокультурной и прагматической специфике, особенностям британского самосознания. Во второй главе мы анализируем концептуальную специфику противопоставления Британии другим странам Европы, выраженного в британских СМИ.
Эта повторность, а также и то, что журналист обычно не имеет времени на тщательную обработку материала, ведут к частому использованию штампов. Исследование проводилось на материале текстов и аудиозаписей речевого поведения Б. Результаты этого изучения и найденные приёмы анализа расширяют представление о современном политическом дискурсе.
