Russia's strong influence and its economic interests in the region made it possible for Ukraine to maintain Russia as an ideological, political, and economic partner. Ukraine's geostrategic location, natural resources, and gas transit pipeline not only made it an important partner for the EU, but also essential in establishing its political and economic influence in Ukraine.

The workers personality is studied by several psychological disciplines such as general psychology, organization psychology, and cognitive psychology. At the same time, a working team is studied by social and educational psychology. The psychology of management is different from these disciplines as its object is peoples organized activity. Organized activity is joint activity of people united in one organization, obeying the same rules and regulations and working together in accordance with economic, technological, legal, and corporate requirements. In the psychology of management both an individual worker and a social group are studied in the context of the organization they belong to. The problem of management was first set in the Ancient Greece by Plato, Socrates and Aristotle. It developed into a scientific discipline at the end of the 19th century and soon became very popular and important.
This topic is actual nowadays because we have to communicate with people of different countries who have their own unique views, religions, governments and systems of ruling, customs and traditions and we should understand them. I also would like other people to get acquainted with such a unique and unusual country as The United Arabic Emirates are in order that people of other very different to this one countries aren’t be afraid of people from the UAE and can get on well with them and understand them better. First I’ll find all the necessary information I’ll be able to get from various different resources and study it all thoroughly.
