After the Soviet Union collapsed, many post-Communist states in Eastern Europe faced major political and economic issues due to government transition leading to corruption and underdevelopment in the 1990s. Russia's strong influence and its economic interests in the region made it possible for Ukraine to maintain Russia as an ideological, political, and economic partner. Ukraine's geostrategic location, natural resources, and gas transit pipeline not only made it an important partner for the EU, but also essential in establishing its political and economic influence in Ukraine.
Within our dissertation work we conducted a survey of over 500 HR and business leaders in more than 30 countries worldwide to explore how HR priorities and challenges have changed during the global economic downturn. Hudson’s study indicates that during this current economic crisis, the focus is not only on cost cutting through right-sizing, but also on talent engagement, talent development, and the retention of talent key to the organization’s success.

The second thing I want to outline in my final project is how the on-going standoff between Russia and the West will influence on Kazakh oil price.The bulk of Kazakh oil, which is exported, it passes through the territory of Russia, on Russian pipelines and Russian ports. Thus, the economic situation in Russia and its relations with Western countries can directly affect Kazakh economy.
Recently, I noticed that prices on goods and services are growing up in Kazakhstan and I decided to understand the reasons of it. Also, Kazakhstan cut budget to many programs and events that are going to happen. For example, EXPO 2017 is going to be in Astana, Kazakhstan and in March 2015 the Kazakhstan Government reduced by 10 billion tenge (national currency).
The country is searching ways where they can save money.
Relevance of research is caused by that the set of universities which are ready to provide training services opens now. It should be noted also that many of them successfully come to the international level and can accept foreign students educating them the international level. However at all positive lines of modern universities, they have also negative sides. They have no such quality assurance, as at ancient universities of Great Britain, in particular Oxbridge. In this regard there is actual a studying of distinctive features of old British universities from modern analogs.
3. But the pendulum has also swung the other way. In the 1970s and 1980s, with taxes steadily rising and the US economy standing, new national leaders were determined to cut government spending and levels of taxation, and in other ways to reduce government influence over the private sector. Their goal was to stimulate the private sector initiative and investment which is the engine that drives free-market economies.
