This service was initially born in San Francisco as a "startup" and nowadays it is taking over the world and shows the impressive financial results. And what is the secret that stands behind its success? The experts name two main reasons of success: its unique positioning and services of the highest possible standard.
Uber appeared in Russia in 2013 and faced lots of troubles immediately. Prepaid trips that were not done, furious vip client and some clients that were not satisfied with the service. However, private taxis was a new promising trend worldwide, and it couldn’t be ignored forever. The company today is getting more into the Russian market, competing with numerous similar local services.
Uber improving methods of transportation around the world. Quickly find drivers for passengers through the application, they make the city more accessible and provide new opportunities for passengers and drivers to work. Since its inception in 2009 Uber is rapidly expanding its international presence and opened a representative office in the 70 cities. Uber allows you to bring together the people and the city .
But as popular as the service has been with investors, Uber has tangled more or less continuously with existing transportation businesses and regulators who’ve sought to shut the service down. In response, Uber’s waged an aggressive public relations campaign to defend its business and pricing models.
