Within our dissertation work we conducted a survey of over 500 HR and business leaders in more than 30 countries worldwide to explore how HR priorities and challenges have changed during the global economic downturn. Hudson’s study indicates that during this current economic crisis, the focus is not only on cost cutting through right-sizing, but also on talent engagement, talent development, and the retention of talent key to the organization’s success.
Relevance of research is caused by that the set of universities which are ready to provide training services opens now. It should be noted also that many of them successfully come to the international level and can accept foreign students educating them the international level. However at all positive lines of modern universities, they have also negative sides. They have no such quality assurance, as at ancient universities of Great Britain, in particular Oxbridge. In this regard there is actual a studying of distinctive features of old British universities from modern analogs.
There have been constant complaints about the whole administrative, academic and social affairs that are related to the job they do, their relations with the clients and with each other, the social relations within the organizations, their privacy and comfort in their offices, and a long list of difficulties and obstacles they meet every day. These difficulties have been putting a lot of pressure on the workers affecting their performance, achievement and general well being. Therefore, this problem is important today because more and more people are affected by motivating and demotivating factors in a job while not all of them can digest the facts and prevent them.
Методологические основы исследования. В качестве методологических основ данной работы взят системный подход к изучению материала Аграрный сектор рассматривается как система с определенными элементами в структуре экономики Китая.
