We can refer them to the linguistic aspects of the translation.The subject of our paper is “Psychological and linguistic aspects of translation theory”.to analise the linguistic aspects of the translation;
The texts of business documents are strictly standardized if compared with other literary texts: it concerns both the structure of the whole text and the arrangement of particular paragraphs.This paper is devoted to the study of the official functional style of English and linguistic peculiarities of business correspondence in particular.
There are some scientific works on the subject of the present paper deserving a special mention. They are written by Andrea Rosalia Olteanu, O.V. Babenko, Frank Boers, A. Dvorak and V. Novak, Jianjun Wang and Yize Fan, Jonathan Charteris-Black, Mihaela Vasiloaia, N.L. Nikulshina and N.A. Gunina, Pinfan Zhu.
The problem of specialized text translation (including economic text translation) was researched by many linguists in Russian and abroad. There are also different scientific articles written by economists, because economists are used to deal with economic texts in origin and in translation. Economic texts also can be different: there are financial texts, marketing texts, banking texts, business texts and other texts describing special area, field of economics. These texts also can be scientific or popular.
The theoretical basis of the work consists in the scientific researchers of foreign and Russian investigators such as I.V. Arnold, N.D. Arutyunova, E. Black, M. Black, R. Bradford, S. Bratoz, A.A. Bykova, A. Deignan, R. Dirven, T. Dobrzynska, I.R. Galperin, V.V. Gurevich, R. Hoffman, L. Jeffries, Yu.N. Karaulov, G. Lakoff, T. Langer, N. Mandelblit, D. Mccloskey, V.P. Moskvin, M. Nader, P. Newmark, N. Norgaard, G.N. Sklyarevskaya, G. Steen, Yu.S. Stepanov, P. Verdonk, K. Wales and others.

He revises the French translations of all his books; these therefore are not considered translations but original works.The books under the study namely “The Unbearable Lightness of Being” and “The Book of Laughter and Forgetting” are written by Milan Kundera and concern political, social and psychological sides of human life and the events of Czechoslovakia crisis.The aim of a current work is to study political, sociological and psychological peculiarities of the novels.
