The objective is to prove that even in the global context we should take into account the specifics of the business and consumer behavior in different countries and regions for the successful business ventures.
The present paper is dedicated to the problems of the American schooling and comparing the system of education in USA and Russia. At the present stage of development of our society in the conditions of humanization and democratization of Russian education system, there appears the need in creating favourable conditions for revealing potential of each pupil taking into account his individual qualities, requirements as well as his vocational orientation.3)to follow the process of personal students’ development during the period of schooling;
Throughout the research we had certain goals. The first one was to take a look at the history of slang language to see how long has the slang itself existed. Secondly we wanted to see ways slang expressions are formed in order to understand better how slang could maintain its inconsistency and changeability.

After the Soviet Union collapsed, many post-Communist states in Eastern Europe faced major political and economic issues due to government transition leading to corruption and underdevelopment in the 1990s. Russia's strong influence and its economic interests in the region made it possible for Ukraine to maintain Russia as an ideological, political, and economic partner. Ukraine's geostrategic location, natural resources, and gas transit pipeline not only made it an important partner for the EU, but also essential in establishing its political and economic influence in Ukraine.
Within our dissertation work we conducted a survey of over 500 HR and business leaders in more than 30 countries worldwide to explore how HR priorities and challenges have changed during the global economic downturn. Hudson’s study indicates that during this current economic crisis, the focus is not only on cost cutting through right-sizing, but also on talent engagement, talent development, and the retention of talent key to the organization’s success.
